CleanSafe Services (UK) Ltd is run and owned as a private limited company formed in 2010. Our business model is a NON-franchised service outlet company which means we can deliver universal, professional service delivery under one management team working to the same guidelines and ethics set out by the board of directors.
What's Important To Us?
Our business is focussed around our customers needs and we recognise the importance of employing and keeping motivated staff. To this end we are proud to pay our employees top rates within this market sector which exceeds the LIVING WAGE let alone the minimum wage.
The directors also recognise that training and development of staff from the ground up adds value to their job and motivation, but also adds value to our customers. There are many examples in the company where staff have worked their way into senior positions, and benefited from the extra responsibility and remuneration as a result. The board again believes in rewarding those for a job well done, which not only increases our staff retention but helps all of us deliver the best service to our customers.
We are very proud to announce that we are one of the UK’s fastest expanding commercial cleaning companies and we already hold many contracts with home brand name national companies ranging from insurance to waste and construction.
We credit our success to some of the policies and practices outlined above, but perhaps more importantly we believe that good old fashion customer service, respect and good communication go a long way and is often overlooked in today’s world.
