This lucky resident escaped unharmed when her neighbours house burnt down. However the smoke travelled under the floor boards and through the brickwork to leave their house completely inhabitable. Using their inhouse carpenter CleanSafe got access to the sub floor, cleaned and neutralised the smoke odour. The same was completed in the loft and chemical sponges were used to clean the walls throughout the house in preparation for re-decoration.
